How do I confirm the tour?
Once we received advance payment from you, we will send you the confirmation E-mail,
How I pay the balance amount?
You can pay the balance amount at our office by cash or credit card (credit card payment subject to additional 4% bank charge)
How I travel to your office from the Colombo international airport and how long?
One of our staffs will be waiting for you with a paging board mention your name and drive you 12Km to our office (around 20 minutes)
Do I have to obtain Sri Lankan driving permit?
Yes, you need an endorsement from A A Ceylon, and we will arrange it for you.
Can I ride as a pillion or travel in the backup vehicle?
If the tour accompanies a backup vehicle then you can travel on it but not as a pillion,
Do I have to leave any security deposit?
Yes, normally we are holding USD 200 or any currency equivalent, otherwise you can keep your passport instead of cash, we will return it as it is when you return the vehicle as it was,

Is there an age restrictions for your tours?
Family tours (vehicle tours) are open for children without age limit to travel with parents,
Motorbike riders must be at least 18 years old driving license holder and pillions above 12 years acceptable.
Travel visa & international airfare?
Travel visa procedure is depending on your nationality and destination, we are unable to arrange travel visa
It is cheaper to arrange flight ticket from the country of origin, so international airfare is not included.
Can I amend the itinerary?
If you are joining with existing tour with our clients, they should agree for the same, otherwise we can arrange individual tour according to your request for you.
What type of accommodation available?
As it is important part of the tour you have several option,

*Guesthouse
*2-3 star hotels
*4-5 star hotels (not available in remote areas)
You can select one Out of this 4 category (priority for majority selection)
What is the group size?
Minimum 1PAX and maximum 15PAX, we prefer to keep average 10PAX
Can I join as a single traveler?
Yes, we can arrange individual tour with a guide, itinerary and duration can decide as you prefer.
Is it possible to join a tour later or leave it early?
Just one day later join is possible and anytime can leave the tour (full payment have to pay) after leaving all the arrangements and payment is on your responsible.
Is it possible to arrange extra night before or after tour?
Yes, possible, please send an email or contact us with information (dates and number of nights as well as room category)
